Hi all, I wanted to thank everybody who was involved in the bal last Saturday: the bands (they were all great!), Alastair Mackie (he sound engineered like a pro), all the volunteers/rest of the committee (they made the bal runs very smoothly) and last but not least, all of you who came! It was a real pleasure to see you all enjoying the night so much - thats really why we are putting so much effort in making these events, and we are glad to see that people enjoy them so much! Especially, people still standing up to dance despite not necessarily knowing the dances, but still managing and having fun was amazing, like a true bal folk experience. We will do more of them, thats for sure! I believe it was our most successful night so far, and well try and keep improving our next event (we are open to suggestions)!
