Hi all! Looking for a courteous and clean subletter for August and September. I live in Astoria, Queens, just above the original Bareburger in a lovely 2 bedroom apartment in a prewar building. Rent is $1150 total each month, which includes electricity (ac), internet and basic cable in addition to the rent. Its a beautiful space and very quiet.
