Hi all, this is encouragement for you, not brag in on my part more a boast in what god has done and is doing. After Chris talk on giving back in October November time. I was challenged that my tithe was stale although over 10% of my roughy take home each month ( because of enhanced hours my pay can vary by around £400 a month) I didnt miss it and therefor it wasnt a sacrifice as it was just never there, so after praying I decided go gross and gave on my total income, this mean giving mealy half again, I had real good pay in November and December, it was a real challenge to give and not hold back. Anyway I took a new job in January this was a lower pay grade then my role before, charge nurse back to staff nurse. The pay bands overlap and so it wasnt going to affect my pay so not a problem, turns out that because I have gone from a 6 to a 5 I get the top of 5 witch is about £1550 more a year, factoring in enhanced hours it works our around £3000 more each year. Wasnt expecting that!
