Hi everybody, I have a vacant room for rent long-term around River Valley area. SGD1,200, inclusive of utilities and internet. More about the place: The place is pretty new and a hybrid of an old shop house at the front and a tower at the back. Its more suitable for busy professionals looking for a no-frill accommodation (IMHO). We have a mini terrace outside, where people usually smoke and chill. You can cook and have guests, although no stay-over is allowed. The landlords living in the property for about seven to ten days a month. We have a maid coming twice a month to clean the place and the common area (and iron your clothes if needed). Theres also an awesome roof top pool thats mostly vacant - good to watch the sun set or just chill. Youll be sharing the place mostly with me (super friendly, sane, not a serial killer hahaha) -- and Im not around most of the time either. Location wise, the place is around five minutes away from Robertson Quay and Killiney Road. Its a 7-10 minutes walk to either Somerset or Dhoby Ghaut MRT station. We also have a bus stop opposite the condo with the following services: 32 - Bugis, Holland Village, City Hall, SMU, East Coast, Katong, Green Line 54 - Clarke Quay, China Town, Purple and Blue Line (good transport option for those working in Marina Bay area - MBFC, Asia Square, ORQ) 139 - Dhoby Gaut, Little India, Farrer Park (where they have the tennis court), Purple Line 195 - Great World City, IKEA, Tiong Bahru, Suntec, Marina Square, Green Line 970 - Raffles Place (AM only)
