Hi everyone - I can barely contain my excitement...I finally got to see the upcoming Basis Peak in person the other day, and I felt like a proud god-parent -- *this* is the device we always wanted to build when we founded Basis, and Im going to go out on a limb here by saying that this will blow away iWatch, Galaxy Gear and any other fitness tracker once it comes out SPECIFICALLY when it comes to tracking *continuous* (not just spot check or occasional) heartrate, perspiration, ambient skin temp, motion with regards to calories burned, detailed sleep state, and much, much more. Im going to be buying dozens of these as my new go-to b-day and Xmas gift for others (in addition to Ouya microconsoles and 3Drobotics drones) :) Huge props to Jef Holove, Marco DT, Bharat Vasan, Ethan Fassett, Chris Verplaetse, Spencer, John, Bash, Nadeem Kassam and the whole Basis team!
