Hi everyone! As some of you know, I was blessed with the opportunity to volunteer on a medical mission this summer in Naranjito, Honduras through the Christian Brigades. Naranjito is a very impoverished province where the roads are unpaved, people barely have enough food to eat on a daily basis, and access to healthcare is virtually non-existent. The Christian Brigades have been working with this community for the past six years and have successfully started a sustainable Public Health program with the health promoters there and partnered with the Ministry of Health to build the first hospital in the province! People have been coming to the clinic not just to receive medical attention but to also receive prayers and hope. I will be joining the team again in January 2015, and we are are in need of your support. We are currently collecting donations to purchase medicines, vitamins, educational supplies, beddings, hygiene supplies, care packages and playground sets for the children that live at La Esperanza orphanage. Would you please consider sponsoring a child by making a one-time donation of $50 or making any amount of donation to bless the people of Naranjito?
