Hi everyone, Couple room for rent 590 inc! Locate between EUR and Blaak. The address is 3061pp, less than 10mins by bike to EUR. 590 inc water, gas, elect, internet. Both people who lived in this couple room can register themselves in City Hall. Fully furnished, with double bed (separate bed is also available if you are not couple), super big sofa in the room, a table that can fit 4 ppl, closets. The couple room is 25>m big. But the house has no sitting room available. However, the room itself is big enough for friends gathering. Immediately available, My contract will end on 31/8/2014, but you can extent the contract with the landlord. Shared kitchen, bathroom and toilet. (Bathroom and toilet are separate), baloney with 2 roommates. They will not arrive Rotterdam before 31/8. Before 31/8, you can occupy the whole house :) Bike parking place is available.
