Hi everyone, I have 2 bed 2nd floor L&Q flat (with RTB) only 5 years old based in North London, Edmonton N9. My flat is situated within close proximity to local shopping centre and shops (Tescos, Wilkos & Asda also Ikea being a 10 min bus ride away). Edmonton Green National Rail & good transport links to Enfield Town & surrounding areas. Within walking distance to good schools & acadamies , also great access to A406 & A10. I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO DO A MULTI SWAP!!! Please serrious swappers only! as I would really like to move. I am looking for & ideally would prefer a 2 bed house but would also consider a flat if it was currently the same size as mine & situated in one of my desired areas. Areas looking for are: Chingford; Chigwell; South Woodford; Wanstead; Greys/Thurrock; South Ockendon; Laindon; Wickford; Brentwood; Hainult; Barking; Upney; Chadwell Heath & Havering.
