Hi everyone. I have been asked to help circulate a survey on Information Seeking Habits of Lyme Disease Patients which was done by a student at Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I was asked by his professor if I could help. I took the survey myself and found it generally easy except for a couple of questions I had to reread a couple of times and I still think there might be a mixup in the wording. However, you can do a portion of the survey, all of the survey, or none at all. No pressure. Of course, he is looking for as many responses as he can get. The following is what I received - Have you found that finding information regarding your health condition has been a challenge?
