Hi everyone, I will announce the winner for the Paleo Way online - TopicsExpress

Hi everyone, I will announce the winner for the Paleo Way online program a little later this evening. Meanwhile Nic has something she would like to share that wholeheartedly deserves your attention... Ever since my childhood, I have felt a strong connection to indigenous cultures. I grew up in a part of Christchurch called Aranui and I was fortunate enough to go to a school that fully embraced the beautiful culture of Aotearoa’s indigenous people - The Maori! Their divine music, language, art and spiritual practices fascinated me and learning their history filled me with a real sense of attachment to my homeland and also to the Tangata Whenua (the people of the land). So when my very dear friends Nora Gedgaudas and Lisa Collins made me aware of an incredible woman named Kama, a trained medical doctor who was putting all her heart and soul into educating and healing an Aboriginal tribe called the Yolngu, I instantly felt compelled to help Kama along with Nora and Lisa, to tell her story and the stories of the courageous women that she is selflessly standing up for. You may or may not be aware of the fact that Australia’s Aboriginal population is severely suffering largely due to the introduction of addictive, heavily processed, Western food and their inability to access nutrient dense real food. Kama is dedicated to reversing this atrocity and is actively supporting a group of women from the Yolngu community by helping them to reclaim their health and vibrancy through empowering them with knowledge about a traditional diet and how to incorporate it into everyday life. This incredible labour of love and commitment absolutely needs to be supported and this type of program needs to be shared throughout every community so that traditional roots can be restored! Please take the time to read the link below and help in any way you can. Love and Light to you all, always! Nic ://primalbody-primalmind/the-australian-indigenous-health-project/
