Hi everyone. Its been a long time since Ive posted and I apologize for my absence. Most of you know that my husband Hugh was diagnosed with cancer in February. He was determined to beat it and the past month was an intense one as he fought even harder to stay here. Finally he had to surrender and we said goodbye to him on August 24. He lived well beyond medical expectation and Im grateful for the extra time we had together. Were grieving and planning his memorial and carrying on as best we can. I have no doubt that hes with me, and that all is as its supposed to be. I dont have to like it. Only to accept it and I do. Ill be back in regular contact soon. Hope youre all well. xoxo
