Hi everyone! My name is Bourbon and I have a big favor to ask of you... Wont you please give me a forever home for the holidays? Or maybe help me find one? .. You see, I was abandoned by my dad who didnt love me at the doggy day care. He paid the bill - money wasnt the problem - he just didnt want me for some reason. Im not sure why though. I do everything my foster momma tells me that a good boy is supposed to do: sit for treats and my leash, potty outside, no barking at squirrels, and no chasing kitties. She even leaves me out in the house with my foster siblings while shes away. Im wonderful with other dogs, even the small ones. I may be a big 50 LB boy, but Im submissive, even to the girls. (I have learned that its best just to do as they say. Girls can be bossy.) Im also not needy at all. Im content just to lay your feet or on the couch next to you, though I do appreciate a nice back scratch every once and a while. So why didnt my dad keep me? Im confused. Foster mom says its time to find me a new forever home. Maybe even one with kids! I think I would like living with kids (just not ones too small because I dont want to knock one over on accident)... Someone to love me forever sounds more amazing than I could imagine. Wont you please help me? Im healthy a 5 year old Carolina Dog mix. Im inquisitive, playful, and sweet. Wont you please pick me?
