Hi everyone. Remember Bambi the injured cat with a deep fight wound? Yesterday after stitching up the clinic called us to collect Bambi. The nurse said that since its not serious they wont ward her. But when one neighbour brought Bambi back, she was so ferocious n aggressive that she keep banging till she manage to break free and ran down. The we noticed that her stitch gave way and she was bleeding. Also the iv catheter was still inside her leg. I am not sure Just because the cat is aggressive or due to carelessness the vet never stitch up properly. They also never remove the iv catheter. Bambi was bleeding alot. So we brought her to companion animal ard midnight and she is currently warded there. The vet at companion animal clinic told us he has never seen any cat this aggresive before. 1st he need to insert a tube to drain off the blood clot and then after that do a proper stitching. She will be warded for at least a week.
