Hi everyone, We have a couple of tournaments on the horizon: the GTI on sun 23rd nov and Abergavennys verve tournament early December. This means we need to get some heavy training in! Can those of you that are keen and committed to come to a couple sparring sessions let me know ASAP so I can look at getting something booked. I am looking at a Saturday at the moment but need to have a idea whos up for it. Time to start training hard!
