Hi everyone, bit of advice needed. How old does this foal look? Drove past it in a field earlier lying flat on its side, I thought the worst so went in to investigate. I had to pick it up and it was very wobbly on its legs so I had to hold it up to gain balance for a few seconds (exhaustion I assume from struggling to get up). I stuck around until it suckled, though mum didnt look like she had very big tites, although I wouldnt know what to look for. Its in a field of gypsy horses (about 30) and I dont think they get checked on very often. Should I be worried? Ill go check on it over the next few days obviously.
