Hi facebook, Ive had visions of being down 175lbs by my 1 year mark of changing my life. Im a month an half away and 30ish pounds away from that goal, which is a huge stretch. Hopefully I can end up somewhere close to that by September 18th. My main point tonight is that all my close and far friends and family are responsible for a huge portion of my success with this whole process. No words could possibly describe the feeling of walking up to an old friend and them not recognize you at first and then for it to happen 2-3-4-5 times in a matter of minutes really encourages me more than anything. So to the next 30ish pounds. cheers.
