Hi friends and Bonjour! Welcome to another day with YourElevationToday. Our topic for today is, Focus on God. Someone once said, “You can’t get the attention of one focused on himself.” Allow God to get your attention by focusing on Him; that is a sure way to build up friendship with Him. Instead of focusing on God as your Supplier, Provider, Deliverer and Saviour, also focus on God as your Friend. Invest time in building your connection as friends! Study Focus: Psalm 34:3-5, 39:6-7. John 15:13-16. Genesis 15:1-5. Think about it: 1. Are the challenges that are blocking my view of God? 2. How can I keep my focus on God? 3. What questions can I ask myself to shift my focus to God and His Word? Pen and Paper: Write down any challenges and what God’s Word says about them. Read the Word aloud and confess it over those areas. Prayer Focus: Pray that God should use every opportunity available to teach you that He reigns supreme over everything you may experience in life.
