Hi friends, now, i have done the inquiry about Thomson Falls, events and charges including fare...So, i was told, there will be a nature walk to the base of Thomson Falls and a walk to Hippo point to look at the hippos close(Hippo pool). so, about the charges, the breakdown is as follows, 1. Transport to and from Nairobi to Nyahururu, Kshs 1000(not including fare from your residing homes). 2. Entrance charges Kshs 150 per head ( Include seeing the fall and Hippo pool but it will depend with weather, if it will be wet or rainy, we will not be able to go to the Hippo pool, so charges will be 50 bob ). 3. Food seems to be expensive there its about Kshs 650 cheapest, so we decided each person can spend around Kshs 250 in town. Now to our calculations, we estimated each individual to have or contribute ksh 1500 (on the higher side). NB. Beba pesa ya ziada.(U know what i mean). so, i want your opinion, questions or suggestions.
