Hi guys, I hope you are all having a great day (or night), - TopicsExpress

Hi guys, I hope you are all having a great day (or night), depending on which part of the world youre in! Its time for a little story from me – this is the kind of story I thrive off and it’s something which seems to happen to me often. A few months ago I was in the supermarket (deciding on what flavour yoghurt to try) and a wonderful lady came up to me and introduced herself. She told me that we had actually meet a few months before while waiting together at the bus stop in my home town. Our conversation led onto talking about where she was in her life at that time and how I had reached the part of my life in which I currently find myself. While standing talking to her in the supermarket (having yet to progress past the yoghurt section), she told me how she had been so inspired after talking to me at the bus stop that she had then made the decision to pursue something she had always wanted to do but had never had the belief in herself, nor the support of family, to see through. She proceeded to tell me with much excitement and confidence how she was just awaiting her time to sit her bus driver test, which with fingers crossed she would pass, and then find herself driving a bus – a lifelong dream for her. Something she had wanted for herself and had done for herself. I was so happy for her and gave her such a big hug!! I have such hope for her and believe that she will achieve anything she wants simply because she believes in herself. We all have greatness within us. Our own special gift to share. And weather your special gift is to share with your family, friends, community, nation, or the world, it doesnt matter. None of us have the right to judge someones greatness. If we simply look at someones appearance, how they live, or what they sound like, we become weak. Weakness of ourselves appears when we make a visual interpretation of someone and decide from that what we believe that persons identity is. How wrong can we be when the true identity and uniqueness that makes each and every one of us who we are comes from within us. Our hearts, intentions, all the that we have lived, how we treat ourselves and others, will determine the person we become. Anyway, I really wanted to share this story with you because moments like these really buzz me out! Words say so much, and when theyre spoken with kindness, given with encouragement, and delivered with a smile and some laughter - great things can happen!! Never give up on yourself. Lisa. Xx :-)
