Hi guys, I need a CARING, PATIENT and EXPERIENCED FOSTER for my darling semi paralyzed kitty Shmooey for just 4 days : 1st to 4th August. She walks on 3 legs, and has no control over her urine or stools which is why i keep her on a bedding of diapers inside her cage. She is paralyzed because of a fracture in her backbone which has healed now, and is slowly recovering. The fosters duty would include feeding and watering her 4 times a day and letting her out to play for a few hours everyday. Other than that she just needs to rest. The bedding on which she lies will be provided to you (the absorbant pads) and these will need to be changed once a day. A quarter tablet of Neurobion needs to be administered once a day as well. I will provide all her paraphernalia in her baby bag : the syringe and pre-cut pills, her diapers, cage, cloths etc. I wont be in Bombay for those 5 days and hence hope that one of you lovely animal lovers here might be able to help me out. I dont even mind paying for a paid foster scene as long as you dont have a full blown kennel scene going on because her immunity is still building and she may catch some infection in a setup with too many sick animals. PS: PLEASE dont be concerned that I will vanish on you and never return for my cat : I love her dearly and would never ever do that!!! I have 6 other cats but my moms cool with managing them while Im away. She just isnt comfortable handling Shmooey. I guess age catches up with everyone :) Shmoo is a wonderful, sweet kitten, just about 3.5 months now (if at all!) Please do let me know if you can accomodate her for those 4 days. Regards.
