Hi guys, Ill be taking both classes in Aylesbury tonight - on the menu this week is guard passing, by pure coincidence I opened up my work email this morning and this video suggestion was sitting there Stuart and I were fortunate enough to train with Rico Vieira daily at his Checkmat Academy in Copacabana for a few months and his conceptual teaching style and knowledge of the open guard, both passing and playing it is mind blowing! This video is well worth 10 minutes of your day so do have a watch.
