Hi guys, Ive found this nice, big and well located house and Im looking for a fifth person to share it with. At the moment we are two italian guys studying at UCD and two french girls studying at Trynity, so we are looking for a person of different nationality, just to improve our english as much as possible, and a student like us, cause we know most of professionals have different habits and way of thinking. That really doesnt mean well be partying all nights long :) The house is in Rathmines, Mt Drummond Ave, Harolds Cross, and even if its quite old and fancy (or maybe funny) furnished it has all mod cons and everything seems to be ok, has a garden and a garage and there are 5 rooms, 2 double and 3 single, and 2 bathrooms. The only that is still available is a single one, and the price is 460pm, bills excluded. There is really plenty of space in all the areas of the house, in the living room as in the kitchen, and its a really quiet and safe area, also near to city centre (20 mins walk to temple bar). 500€ deposit and 9 month lease.
