Hi guys, this weeks prices - again no price changes. Lamb and Beef will go up soon though as the yearly price cycle of stock becoming more expensive through winter is starting to kick in. Try some venison or goat as a slow cooked dish in this colder weather. There probably be any more goat available for a few months after the current stock is sold. Beef Box (10 kg): $100 Lamb Box (10 kg): $110 Premium Beef Mince 10 kg (3 x 1 kg, remainder 500g bags): $80 BBQ Box (8 kg): $80 Venison (5 kg): $80 Free range pork (8 kg): $120 Goat (8 kg): $100 Beef soup bones (4 x 2 kg bags): $20 Lamb soup bones (4 x 2 kg bags): $20 Pork back fat (5 kg): $25 - Free range pork. It sure went quickly last week. We have about five boxes left... To order a box, please send us a message here on facebook or send an email to [email protected] If you would like to come and have a look before you order we will have a few extra boxes at the collection point on Saturday morning. All our beef and lamb is grass fed, free range and comes from selected farmers across southern Tasmania. All meat comes frozen, packed in heavy duty freezer bags and with labels so you know what is what. If you have any questions please get in touch or come and see us on Saturday morning 8 am to 12 noon
