Hi mom, officially at 3:15 this morning was 8 years since we lost you. I have to say it hasnt gotten any easier. I still miss you so much. There are still nights I lay awake in tears just hoping to hear your voice on last time, but I know thats not going to happen. I will never forget the last thing you ever said to me we should never leave without saying goodbye, I guess you knew it was your time to go. I continously try to look at the silver lining in every situation, so I guess the one here is even to know I lost you when I was still younger I got to say bye. Thats a lot more than a lot of people get with their loved ones so for that I am eternally grateful. I want to let you know that youre my hero. I never knew a more hard working individual in my life. You werent just my hero you were also my best friend. I knew no matter how much trouble I was in I could always come to you for help. I was never afraid to tell you anything. I just hope I can be that kind of parent to my son. I graduated from ccac and started carlow. I also work at the science center. Its a lot of fun. People always tell me I dont know how you do it, with working, being a mom, and going to college. What I want to say is that when it gets hard I just look to my inspiration, thats you. You inspired me to be who I am today. You worked +40 hours a week and took care of 3 kids with the help of grams and gramps, but to this day I still dont know how you did it. So on this day I am showing tribute by sharing this song. This song just makes me think about you all the time. So it will probably be on replay all day on my phone. I LOVE AND MISS YOU SO MUCH!!
