Hi my dear how are you doing over there, hope you are ok, in continuation with the message that i sent to you in facebook my name is pablo perez, i am 23 years and single. I have come to tell you everything about me. I am the only child of my parents, my parents died in civil war in my country south sudan. Because of my daddys money in this senegal that is why i came to this Senegal by road. I want to let you know that I have concluded in my mind that you will be my partner and my foreign financial and investment manager, while you take care of the investment and management of my money, i will be schooling in one of the best universities in your country. My daddy was a local diamond minner in Zambia and South Sudan. Before my daddy died he made me the beneficiary of the $14 million dollars in his account in citi bank international plc here in Senegal, i travelled all the way from South Sudan to this senegal and i visited citi bank international plc office with my daddys WILL document and i explained my problem to them and i asked them to give me some money from my daddys account, and the bank director incharge told me that because of the agreement that my daddy signed with them that they cannot deduct any money from my daddys account to give to me for any reason, that i should appoint a foreign financial and investment manager and give them the contact information of my foreign financial and investment manager or ask my foreign financial and investment manager to contact them so that they will transfer the money to my foreign financial and investment managers account according to their bank law. because of that i become confused and i left the bank, and i saw some people outside the bank premises and i went to them and i told them that i am a stranger in this country and i dont have any cash money at hand and that i am looking for a place to stay, and one of them gave me transport money and they directed me to this caritas refugee camp. In this refugee camp there is alot of hunger and sufering because of shortage of food and lack of good water. I will like you to remove all the money in your account and give the empty account number to the bank so that after the bank transfer all the money i will know that all the money in your account is my daddys money, or you can open a new bank account for my daddys money, or you can use your account to keep both my daddys money and your money together, it all depends on you. All that i have explained to you are the reasons why i want you to be my foreign financial and investment manager and keep everything about me and my daddys money only to yourself for safety of the investment money that the bank will transfer to your account. I will like the bank to first Transfer $5 million to your account and when i come to your country they will transfer the remaining $9 million. After you reply me this letter i will give you the bank email address and phone number, then you will contact them and the bank will transfer the money to your account, then you will collect $3000 from the money and send to me which i will use to get caritas freedom card and international passport and air ticket to come and meet you in your country and live together with you in your country for ever. After the bank transfer all the money to your account you will take $2 million dollars for helping me and you will invest my $12 million dollars for me while i will be schooling there in your country. I begged caritas refugee camp attendant to allow you call me through his phone and he gave me his phone number to give you, the phone number is: +221768681338, his name is mr anderson, when you call tell him that you want to talk to pablo perez. I have attached my picture to you in this letter. In your reply give me your complete names and house address. I am waiting your lovely reply. Take care of yourself and see you soon. Yours sincerely, :D Pablo Perezz
