Hi my name is jennifer. I have become a resident of iroquois falls and have been for just alittle over 6 years now. I moved here as the farm land and country here is beautiful. I live in the country and a run a hobby farm. Im a very active member on the Porquis Agricultural Society. I am the director of the annual horse pulls that i got started 3 years ago and i also run and organize all the horse shows that take place in porquis. I brought forth the idea of Rodeo and was one of the head people to make it happen. Im a person who lives out in the country and keep to myself otherwise managing the many horses that i have along with spending time with my dogs and other animals. They are my family. I was recently bothered by the town of iroquois falls with regards to having more than 3 dogs on my property. I have never been bothered in the 6 plus years that ive lived here snd ive always had these dogs. The city has come in to my yard before to speak to me on different matters and my dogs were out in the yard and nothing said before. These are dogs that dont run the neighbourhood community bugging neighbours or anything like that, keeping in mind that i am in the country. They are always in the yard. If im not home, they are not loose. They are super friendly not cross. They are well taken care of and dont bother anything or anyone. Throughout the 6 plus years that i have lived here i have noticed that there are a few of you out there in the community that have more then 3 dogs in your yard ( talking country more so not town). How many of yous have more than 3 dogs and whats your thoughts on this?
