Hi my name is xxx. Im hoping if anyone could help tackle this animal abuse issue that is happening in my neighborhood. Basically this particular neighbor has been missing for the past few weeks and abandon his pets. He hires to come and feed the dogs once a day but it isnt enough because they are growing and require more food. I bought some dog food to feed the dogs but my main concern is for the chained dog. Apparently i heard that the dog is wounded by around the leg region and chained up to avoid water as it might worsen the wound. Sadly the main problem is that currently Malaysia is facing monsoon season and one way or another the wound may come in contact with water. Some more the poor dog is not even protected properly by the roofs as wind will push the rain towards the dogs direction. I have witness this neighbor neglecting his dog and i wont stand to tolerate it anymore. Members of the community has tried to contact him but to no results.
