Hi thanks for add, I always know when my monthly will be starting as for about a week before my breast gets so sore and I can get so down that I cant be bothered and cry for anything and everything , last week I went into work and came back out not even five min later , I had completely lost it and was crying for nothing and shakeing and to be honest I cant even remember most of it or why ,girls in work was so worried . this is not a one of as I have been like this for a long time , I was wondering is there anything over the counter I could buy to help and I was going to start a chart to see if there is a pattern but when best to start it ,as soon as my period starts I am happy but feel so drained ,need help please and sorry for the ramble .x
