Hi there, I hope you dont mind if I have a little rant, I went to a pet shop that was keeping baby rats in saw dust and one of the rats was panting, the reason for this was the rat had a respiratory disease caused by the saw dust,the rat was dead the next day. (rats arent meant to live in saw dust) .I then came across multiple pet rat owners photographs on Facebook that keep their rats in saw dust, do they not know that doing this is slowly suffocating their rats. Its like if I kept my tarantulas in bone dry coco peat my spiders would die. Do people not research what they need to do to take care of their pets before they buy them. Im just concerned about all the animals that get bought and arent properly cared for because the owners dont thoroughly research the pet in advance. If you know anyone that keeps their rodents in saw dust let them know that there are better options, they just need to research them instead of shortening their pets lives. Thank you
