Hi there, We have just phoned your customer services and had a block put on a phone as it was stolen - thanks for doing that. However, when I asked if we would still be billed from now until recovery of the phone or new provision through insurance company, I was told yes. Your systems cant compensate for that. I find that difficult to accept (i work in a large telecom customer service environment) and rather unfair given you know, because you applied it, that the line is now blocked. We are obviously hoping that a replacement wont take long but nonethless, could you confirm if that is right? Thanks, Mark H
