Hibiscus Rescue One Saturday 21st September. A busy Day for the guys and girls. 3 Tasks 2 of them urgent. Wind 25 Knots Northerly. Tasked to 14 ft Sea Nymph off the sth end Takapuna with a flat Battery. Crew did very well in 1 to 1.5m seas transferring the jump pack. Managed to get them started and shadowed them to Devonport in order to retrieve our gear. Tasked to Orakei for a yacht about to hit the rocks. They were towed to Orakei marina by Akarana yacht club tender. Tasked to Orakei wharf where a 14ft sailing yacht was wedged into the wharf. It managed to slip through the piles with 2 POW. 1 member of the public had also jumped in to help and then swam to safety and some warmth. The boat was full of water and kept capsizing so we towed it into Okahu Bay. Once again the crew did a great job.
