BREAKFAST 9:00 - 9:30 am 1Egg white / Dalia / Sprout Chat / Missi Roti with Paneer bhurji + 1 glass Soya milk (tofu) Mid morning 12:00 - 12:30 pm Roasted Chana / Roasted Soyabean 1glass fruit juice (Orange Juice, Mausambi Juice). LUNCH 1:30 - 2:00 pm 2-3 Chapati (Wheat flour + Soyabean flour + Chana flour) +1 Bowl Chana dal / Mix dal + Seasonal Veg ( like Cauliflower / Lotus stem Parwar etc) + 1 Bowl curd + Salad with lemon dressing. Evening Tea 5:30 - 6:00 pm 1 Cup Skimmed / Double Toned milk + Poha / Murmura / Besan ka Chila. DINNER 8:00 - 8.30 pm 2-3 Chapati (Wheat flour + Soyabean flour + Chana flour) +Rajmah / Panner Curry/ Soyabean Curry or any other ,Seasonal Vegetable + Salad with Lemon Dressing.
