High School Reunions By Walt Perryman 7/4/12 I have noticed each class reunion when I walk in the door, And, how there is not quite as many as there was before. As I get older these class re-unions are a different affair, When I look around the room to see who is not there. God gave memories to the living like me and you, So we can visit the ones not here, anytime we want too. I wonder if we still have reunions after we die, And instead of being here we get together in the sky. So, let us all be thankful that we are here today, And think of the ones that have passed away. Isn’t it amazing how quickly a life time can pass. The day will come when no one will be here from our class. So, enjoy every minute and be thankful we are getting old, Because, time cannot be bought with any amount of gold.
