Highlight clips from a very intense Bicep & Tricep workout on Thursday, August 7th, 2014! ✅ Because my arms are one of my best body parts, I dont train them as often. They are still activated when doing a push or pull workout, so for me targeting them specifically alone almost never happens. Felt good to actually do a workout that only includes the arms. The pump was UNREAL. Those Pop Tarts sure had an affect. People always ask me what I do to get big arms and how I get that, bicep elbow gap. My tip: Focus on developing your triceps more than your biceps and when performing any bicep exercise, ALWAYS go full extension and flex your tricep. Why? Simply because when you flex your tricep after every rep of any bicep exercise, you are making sure you receive a full muscle fibre stretch in your biceps. ☑️ Try this tip and youll see better results!
