Female actresses who were formerly known for their glamorous clothing and fashion styles are quickly coming under the fold of true Islam. Advertisement The first noticeable woman who came under this limelight was Sara Chaudhry, a top Pakistani actress and model who completed rejected Western norms and reverted back to Islam and began following every rule and obligation. After she left the showbiz world in 2012, many other followed her as she persuaded four other top models and film actresses to put on the headscarf. Sataesh Khan, Arooj Nasir , Mariam Ali, Tania Khan and Rabia Durrani are the few such examples who too left the media world. Urooj Nasir was seen wearing gown and hijab on state-owned television during a ceremony to honor martyred Pakistani soldiers. Rabia Durrani, who belongs to an ultra-modern family, has also joined hands with Sara Chaudhry in a movement to promote Hijab. Tania Khan left the media world after she performed Umrah a few months ago. Trend of Hijab in Pakistani actresses is rising day by day and more and more women are converting to Islam as the days passes by which is an indication towards the better society.
