Hiring - HR Coordinator Location: Mont Kiara Company overview: US based MNC in Service Revenue industry. Shared Services environment. Job role: - Assist with the administration, filing, record-keeping, reporting and support the co-ordination of the HR program development and delivery. - Employee benefits administration. - Organise and participate in the presentation/delivery of HR related matters to employees. - Undertakes any HR ad-hoc projects as assigned from time to time. - Responsible to administer work permit for expatriate. - Assist in rolling out of employee engagement activities and initiatives. - Provide employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and procedures. - Handling general administrative and HR duties. - Liaison with HR vendors on HR related matters.
