Hmm the ramipril doesnt seem to be having much effect as yet... 177 over 112 but my pulse was 94 where its normally around 74 or less at rest.. Christ knows why, Im not exactly active.. just sitting here playing on FarmVille 2 sort of relaxing, maybe Ill take it again in a bit when really at rest.. though maybe its because of whatever is causing me a headache in this damned house again today... yet itd been fine almost all week... even with bus travel it has actually not been that bad.. deodorants and perfumes were bad this morning but the windows are open... so dunno.. anyones guess... Ill have a bath then try again... I was hoping to see some benefit of taking this pill, yes its only been two days but it should of started working by now.. thats why I forked out for a new bp monitor, so I could keep an eye on it for myself every week or so... as well, that is a tad high.. but with a pulse of 94, actually not so bad as it might seem, though initially might seem somewhat more concerning... it was that high with a pulse of 74 or lower.. now THATs bad and no mistaking!
