Hmmm Jonathan needs N160b to fight Boko Haram, those this mean that this so called BH guys are stronger and well equiped than Jonathan led Nigerian Army. Isnt there more to this loan, 2015 is just by the conner and we all know such billions is needed by Federal Govt to retain seat come 2015. This is because world experts in TERROR compact advices 4 possible dialogue, our Govt is planning 4 more war equipments.
