Hobby Lobby is owned by the Green family, who are evangelical Christians. Six of the SCOTUS judges are ROMAN CATHOLICS. Three are Jews. Guess who the four dissenting opinions were???? All THREE WOMEN judges and one male Jewish judge. Justice Ginsberg called the majoritys finding a decision of startling breadth, saying that the ruling means commercial enterprises ... can opt out of any law (saving only tax laws) they judge incompatible with their sincerely held religious beliefs. So much for separation of church and state. When this fails at the highest court in the land, I get concerned. You should, also. Perhaps the greatest failing of our checks and balances system is the lack of accountability for SCOTUS judges when they fail the citizens of the United States, as they just did.
