I often pack food in my purse and eat it when no one is looking ๐Ÿ˜† to avoid being harassed or bullied. 2- Exercising more because youre eating more isnt always the solution. Try saying NO ๐Ÿšซmore, dont cave in to peer pressure. If your health & fitness goals are important to you and thats all that matters, dont let others sabotage you. Stay strong. ๐Ÿ’ช 3- Dont wait til January 1st. Its never to late to be in great shape. Baby steps start incorporating small healthy changes weekly, they add up over the years. ๐Ÿ‘ฃ 4- Plan ahead. Know which parties you plan to drink or eat whatever you want. Try eating before your party. Go to socialize, thats what I often do. Whats more important pigging out ๐Ÿท๐Ÿฝ or having great convos with family and friends? The great convos will leave you feeling high, pigging out will leave you feeling like death the next few days and beating yourself up. 5- Get adequate ๐Ÿ˜ด Zzzs. If you arent well rested youre more likely to not cook for yourself and eat unhealthy convenience foods and say no to the gym. 6- Its ok to tell people to stick it in their ear๐Ÿ‘‚! I know many of you can relate to hearing people tell you its ok to eat in moderation and to enjoy life. Ya know what, there are thousands of us who enjoy life more because we choose to eat healthy year-round. Its your body. Its your health. Its your life.
