Holy Abs! T25 gets it done, try this sequence out!! •Twisting Obliques •In-Out, Knees Down Abs: from a low plank bring the feet one at a time in, in, out, out, bring the knees down and back up. •5 Sequence Abs: this is a combination on a C-sit, Butterfly left/right, reverse crunch, and V-Sit. Hold each position 5 seconds and repeat! *Do each move for 1 minute, give yourself 30 seconds rest, then repeat that sequence 3 times to set those abs on fire!
