Holy shit!!! I just saw a guy collapse in the middle of the street having a seizure. As I was talking to 911 his seizure subsided and he began foaming at the mouth. The paramedic on the phone told me to turn him on his side so we can make sure his passage ways are clear so I did. Security from the State Capital came out and one of the guys knew who I was said, Whoa Enson, did you knock him out? Within minutes the ambulance arrived and my services were no longer needed. Hope hes ok.
