Home News Liles, Glazier selected for ‘50 Making A Difference’ By Anita Roach Two women with local ties are among the honorees for the Journal Records annual 50 Making A Difference event. Sandi Liles of Woodward and Kimberly Glazier, a Shattuck native, will be among the women recognized at the 2014 Journal Record Woman of the Year awards Oct. 2 at the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. In addition to recognizing the 50 nominees, the Woman of the Year recipient will be announced. Liles is the marketing director at High Plains Technology Center and Glazier is the executive director of the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Liles, a Woodward native, has also served during her career as manager of the local Southwestern Bell office and Mutual of Omaha when it had an office locally. Glazier still has local ties as her parents, Dr. and Mrs. Howard Keith, live in Woodward. She has been the director at the board of nursing since 1999.
