Home Sweet Home I am home from the hospital. Thank you for praying me through. There were moments during the week when I was so dehydrated I was barely coherent. Even then, I felt comfort from the Lord through your prayers. Even on dark days, I know I don’t walk this journey alone. God is my refuge! Psalm 46:1-3,7 “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging… The Lord Almighty is with us.” Round 2 of chemo was a vicious storm for me. I will regain my strength and come back fighting in Round 3. “She stood in the storm and when the wind did not blow her way, she adjusted her sails” Elizabeth Edwards.
