Home from the doctor....as I thought .... have a bone spur above my heel. Didnt know I have a broken toe too from sometime. Thought it was when I dropped the 6 lb can of spaghetti sauce on my foot last fall, but that turned out to be the opposite foot. Figure I must have said ouch at the time. Have heel pads, motrin, another appointment & exercises to do. Maybe the exercises will make me taller. Thanks to my buddy, Sue B for driving me. Guess I dont have a choice but to slow down a little.
