Home tonight to rest.....brothers and I are tag-teaming. :) Mom is being prepped tonight for a very possible heart cath in the early a.m. We havent seen Dr. Stubblefield, but his nurse , left instructions for the floor nurse to go ahead and get her ready and he will see her early in the a.m. Of course, we were hoping no cath, but are placing our faith in the Lord that He knows best. She may not have to have one and once again, we are praying and hoping for that. The last one in June of last year was a bleed out, so hopefully this will not happen again, as well. Mom is a trooper.....she has her down times, as we all do, but for the most part just accepts things as they are and moves on. I believe that is called faith. :) Please pray for a restful night for her....its been a pretty rough day physically and she is very sore. Please pray for guidance with the Dr. in the morning and then if the procedure is done, Gods hand on those involved and Moms body throughout the procedure. She will be very sore and stiff after this and will pray that her pain does not disrupt whatever has been done with the cath. Also, please no nausea. That was a real problem several times last yr. and help produce her going under at the Dr.s office. Hope I dont sound selfish in asking for these specifics..... you guys are so faithful and Mom is really touched, as well. God continues to bless her and she feels that He is with her. She told our pastor today that she continues to hold to the old song Sheltered in the Arms of God when she has these done: He walks with me and naught of earth can harm me , sheltered safe within the arms of God.
