Homemade hot pockets using philsbury pie crust. With school - TopicsExpress

Homemade hot pockets using philsbury pie crust. With school getting close to letting out for the holidays, I have been trying to figure out easy fast and of course inexpensive ways to feed my kids. I have 4. Ages 8, 12 and 17. (Twins are 17). And it not be the same boring stuff day after day. Oddly my herd does not like hot pockets store brand..but neither do I. I figured Id try to make up some of these..the result..tasty! Using 2 pie crusts I made about 9 little pockets. This go round I just used bacon, egg and cheese. I also bought pizza crust and plan to try other fillings like brocoli, hamburger meat and cream of mushroom. This batch cost about 6 dollars to make. Not bad.
