Homemade noodles for tonights dinner Since daddy is not around I usually do noodles or other simple food so that my kids wont get bored with rice rice rice everyday. I follow mummies marinating style by marinating my chicken meat with passion fruit n honey for few hrs then pan fry it. The honey caramelize hence make it brown brown (totally no other seasoning) its got a tropical tangy taste to it. Kyle likes it a lot. I also made an egg roll then cut into strips. Some spring onion as garnishing. Soup based is watercress soup that I left balance the other day. I freeze it n use it today. The noodles is homemade as well. Egg noodles (pan mee). I use 1cup flour, 1egg n water as needed to knead into a dough then use my pan mee roller to roll the noodles. Cook in hot boiling water for 3mins. Assemble everything together n tadaaaa dinner is served.
