Hon. Duro Samuel Faseyi, Ekiti North Senatorial Candidate for 2015. Brief Background: He was born on the 24th of April, 1956 at Ojumoko compound Iludun Ekiti, in Ilejemeje Local Government Area of Ekiti State, to Chief Adeosun Faseyi and Mrs Taiwo Faseyi both of blessed memory, young Duro attended St Andrews Primary school Itaji, and later completed his primary education at St Davids primary school, Iludun Ekiti. He proceeded to Ajayi memorial Secondary Modern School Ayede Ekiti and later sat for and passed the General Certificate in Education (GCE O/LEVEL). He attended Universities of Maiduguri and Ado Ekiti from where he obtained the Bachelor of Arts (Hons)(1989) and the prestigious Masters in Business Administration (MBA)(2000) respectively. He worked for many years in both the private and public sectors before venturing into private business. As a result of immense pressure from his constituency, due largely to his previous contributions to the development of his area, he yielded to their prodding and ventured into partisan politics of the fourth republic by popular demand. Hon Faseyi is a widely traveled, thoroughly bred intellectual of high pedestal. He has taken part in series of trainings, seminars and study tours, which has taken him to all the continents of the globe. He is a recipient of fellowships, certificates of merit and participation in reputable institutions locally and internationally. A detribalized Nigerian, accomplished legislator of international repute, a compassionate grassroots leader and mobilizer, Hon Duro Faseyi is married to Reverend (Mrs) Phebian Monisola Faseyi and they are blessed with wonderful and God fearing children. to be continue........
