Hon. Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research Libya is requested to intervene and lead by example to end discrimination in Libyan Universities /Libyan Academies causing widespread hypertension as reflected in WHO Day Celebration & Survey. Foreigners under force de majeour as per Prime Minister will be paid. How about foreigners whose passport were held up by Libyan Academy Libyan universities are not being paid & grossly discriminated?. World community urges Hon Minister to start criminal proceedings against the culprits to restore and enhance the image of higher centers of learning.
